This engine has a total of 2340 hours in Service Since New. The engine was Overhauled 2-5-2002 and has accrued 366 hours since then..Engine had new cylinders, new pistons and new camshaft. Crankshaft and bearings are standard size. Last engine inspection was done 5 flight hours ago, on 9-1-2009. Cylinder Compression check at that time was #1:80/75, #2:80/75, #3:80/77, #4:80/76. This engine is in near "showpiece" condition. The case is red, with chrome plated valve covers and push rod tubes. It is super clean with no evidence of any leaks. We guarantee this engine to be in good serviceable condition.
Note: For complete disclosure purposes, this engine sustained a power-off prop strike during a landing incident. We have performed a dial check of the crankshaft and prop-flange area and found no deviation. We also did a dye penetrant inspection of the same areas and no cracks were found. A visual inspection of the entire exterior also showed no damage. We guarantee that the crank and case will pass any inspection and that the AD2004-14-10 will be normal.
This engine will come complete..Included are 14volt Starter and Starter Ring Gear Assembly, 12volt/60amp Alternator, Bendix Fuel Injector Servo, Electrosystems Dual Magneto, Spark Plug Harness and Spark Plugs, Engine Driven Fuel Pump, Dry Air Vacuum Pump, Engine Primer System, Inner Cylinder Baffle Assemblies and Oil Quick Drain Assembly. They only cosmetic squawk is 2 or 3 of the Push Rod Tubes have some chrome plate that is biginning to flake a bit..
